For some time now Aware has been working wonders for Kooka Brotha's, a Wodonga based food wholesaler. We’ve produced tantalising and delicate bakery or patisserie items from rum balls to brandy snaps.

Partnership
Our alliance with Kooka Brotha's has now grown to the point where we have invested significantly in new infrastructure and can expand our service offering to them. Aware now manufactures garlic bread under contract for Kooka Brotha's for their wholesale markets, such as pubs and clubs.

Our Kooka Brotha's contract provides a new stream of employment for our staff as well as using our existing food services facilities more productively. In short, we were able to provide a wonderful win-win business solution and a higher level of service to a valued client.
