Aware has been working wonders for over 30 years from our base on the NSW/Victorian border. Not only do we provide cost effective labour solutions for businesses, we also provide work for people with disabilities. Aware’s services play a part in helping people with a disability to secure meaningful employment and make a valued contribution to our community.
We operate as a community-based, not-for-profit organisation directed by a voluntary board and our work practices comply with the highest international quality assurance standards. Aware operates from two large industrial sites in Wodonga.
Aware’s best practice tools, procedures and support mechanisms enable people with disability to work productively and effectively. Our experienced management team understands the needs of our 105 strong workforce, and combines the most appropriate people and processes for the job at hand.
Aware has had many leading local business support us for almost 30 years. Some of our wonderful clients include Mars Petcare, Wilson Transformers, Norske Skog, Rocla, Kooka Brotha’s, Bradflo, Durabuilt, Splitters Creek Cordial and Superior Foods.
Our Gluten Free Pizza basses can be found at; East Albury IGA, Springdale Heights IGA, Jindera IGA, Howlong IGA, Caltex Holbrook, Bethanga Hotel and many more locations within the region.
We help Compass Group Aust with their packaging and dispatch needs.
Our Mailhouse and Archiving services are supplied to Southern Cross Media, Falls Creek Ski Lifts, WAW Credit Union and Wodonga West Primary School.
