Aware

Aware has been working wonders for over 25 years from our base on the NSW/Victorian border. Not only do we provide cost effective labour solutions for businesses, we also provide work for people with disability. So when you use Aware’s services, you play a part in helping people with disability to secure meaningful employment and make a valued contribution to our community.

Structure
We operate as a community-based, not-for-profit organisation directed by a voluntary board and our work practices comply with the highest international quality assurance standards. Aware operates from two large industrial sites in Wodonga.

People
Aware’s best practice tools, procedures and support mechanisms enable people with disability to work productively and effectively. Our experienced management team understands the needs of our 130 strong workforce, and combines the most appropriate people and processes for the job at hand.
